SBI Junior Associate (Clerk) Result 2016
Before
few months back, SBI has issued an advertisement for the recruitment of
17140 Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) and Junior
Agricultural Associates in clerical cadre in the State Bank of India.

large number of candidates had applied for the said posts and appeared
in the written exam on the specified date. Getting a job in the SBI is

performance of candidates in the prelim exam and mains followed by the
interview.
The main exam for SBI Clerk 2016 has been successfully
conducted by the organization on the specified dates. After completion

SBI Clerk 2016 Main Exam Result
The results of SBI Junior Associate (Clerk) 2016 will be declared by State Bank of India based on candidate’s performance in clerk written exam. The State Bank of India will first announce SBI Clerk 2016 Result
for the preliminary state, and the result for the mains exam will be
announced later based on which candidates will be called for the
personal interview.
The SBI Clerk Result 2016 for main exam will be declared
in the first or second week of July. The result will be announced for
only those aspirants who will score qualifying marks in the main exam.
Based on the SBI Clerk 2016 result approximately 350000 candidates will
be shortlisted for mains exam which is scheduled to be conducted in the
last week of June.
SBI Clerk Cut Off Marks 2016
The candidates, who had appeared in the SBI Clerk written exam, are eagerly waiting for SBI Clerk Cut off Marks 2016.
As per SBI Clerk 2016 qualifying criteria candidates have to score
qualifying marks in each of the three subjects i.e. English language,
reasoning ability and numerical. The SBI Clerk Cut Off Marks i.e.

number of candidates appeared in the exam and difficulty level of the
written exam.

SBI Clerk Merit List 2016

The exam was held between May 22 and June 5 this year for the recruitment of 18,000 junior associates and junior agricultural associates in the state-run bank. Lakh of students applied for the exam from across the country.
Applicants can check their results on the official website after it is declared.
Steps to check the results:
1) Go to the bank’s official website
2) Click on the link given for ‘SBI Clerk prelims results 2016’
3) Enter the required details like registration number and date of birth
4) Press submit
5) The result will be displayed on the screen
We do not have any independent confirmation about the date of the announcement of results of SBI Clerk 2016 preliminary examination. However, the notification for recruitment clearly says that the candidates should download their call letters and an “acquaint yourself “ booklet for main examination from June 17 (tentatively). This indicates that the Prelims results will be announced by then. Some media reports are also saying that the SBI Clerk Prelims results will be announced soon.
Those who qualify in the preliminary will be allowed to appear in the main, which is the second stage of the exam.
The preliminary exam is of qualifying nature and its score will not be included in the final selection of the candidates for the job after the interview. The final merit will be prepared on the basis of the candidates’ performance in the main examination and the interview taken together.
The number of candidates selected for the main examinations will be approximately 20 times the numbers of vacancies.
The candidates should download their call letter and an “acquaint yourself” booklet for the main examination from June 17 (tentatively). They can access it from the bank’s website by entering their registration number and password/date of birth.
